I had a fantastic time at this luxurious 4-star hotel on the outskirts of the resort. The location may be up a hill with nothing around, but I loved the quiet and remote setting. The staff, especially Pepe, provided excellent service and were always helpful with my inquiries. The facilities were outstanding, with an outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace where I could relax and enjoy the sun. The hotel also had a fitness studio, which was a great addition for those looking to stay active during their stay. The rooms were fabulous and had everything I needed, including a kitchenette and a balcony with garden furniture. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with everything looking spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautiful pools and great entertainment options for both kids and adults. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that all my questions were answered and my needs were met. The location was also great, as it was on the outskirts of the resort of Playa de las Americas, which was just over a mile away from the beach in Las Americas. The hotel provided parking and transportation options, so it was easy to get to most areas.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We stayed at this 4-star hotel for a week and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that our family had a comfortable stay. They helped us with everything from arranging taxis to providing complimentary fruits for our kids by the pool. The room was exactly what we expected, and the breakfast was available until 10:30, giving us plenty of time to enjoy a leisurely meal. The pool area was spacious and had enough room for all the swimmers. We were also impressed by how quickly the staff fixed a lock on our terrace door.

The location was great, with plenty of local restaurants just a short taxi ride away. The hotel was always busy but still relaxing, and we loved the clean and spacious rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great holiday. The food in the restaurant was fresh and well-cooked, with a great selection to suit all tastes. The kids were kept entertained with plenty of activities, and the pool area was well laid out for children of all ages. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and we would highly recommend it to all.
We would recommend placing towels on beds in the morning, as some days were busier than others to get a sunbed. However, this didn't bother us at all, as the hotel provided a courtesy bus which we used several times to go down into town.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was slightly away from the town center, but we liked the quietness at night. The hotel reception was always quick to help arrange taxis for us whenever we needed one.
The breakfast selection could have been better with more variety.

Fab holiday from start to finish. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the whole resort is impeccably clean. The food is great with different themed nights, and the Mexican night was amazing. There are three pool areas to accommodate all ages, and sunbeds are always available. The accommodations are like mini houses, with plenty of space and beautiful decor. The free shuttle bus to Siam Park is a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic vacation.

We stayed at this hotel for a romantic escape. The free bottle of wine and box of chocolates in the room was a nice touch. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location was easy to find and had convenient access to local attractions.
The food at this hotel was not up to par. The selection was very limited and lacked flavor.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and bright, with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, being within walking distance to the center area and the beach, and the staff were friendly and efficient.
The breakfast could use some improvement, particularly in offering more vegan options, including desserts like ice cream or yogurt.

The location was great, with a short walk to the promenade and a supermarket nearby. The rooms were spacious and modern, with daily cleaning and comfortable beds. The service from the staff was helpful and efficient. The restaurant had a variety of delicious food, with self-service and no queues. The pools were clean and warm, perfect for relaxing. We can't wait to come back next year!
The only downside was that the lunch started a bit later than we would have liked, especially with children.
